  • This class was a great reintroduction to yoga as it’s been a while for me after being a regular in the past. The poses were held long enough to work on form and gain strength while breathing mindfully. The space is gorgeous and staff welcoming. I look forward to coming back for more. Her teaching style struck that perfect balance between approachable and fun, and just enough of a challenge that I crave - it balanced perfectly with my existing strength training. Can’t wait to flow with her again and explore more classes!

  • When I tell you these classes have changed my life, I truly mean it. I make it a point to attend as many of Priscilla’s classes that I can. She’s about as genuine as people get, her demeanor is fun and calming, which has been incredibly helpful for me as a beginner in this practice. I was super nervous to sign up but wanted to step out of my comfort zone and challenge my mind/body. I promise if you try out this class you will be returning as fast as you can. The vibes are high give it a try.
