Hot classes reach up to 102°F, while Heated classes stay between 87°F and 95°F. Because infrared warms the body directly rather than just the air, 87°F feels much more comfortable than you might expect.
Infrared Heat mimics natural sunlight (without UV rays) to increase flexibility and boost circulation for a deeper detox without the "heavy" air feel of traditional hot studios.

We offer a full spectrum of practices including Massage, Reiki, Sound Healing, Tarot, Astrology, and Breathwork.
-
Tarot Readings: These are one-on-one, intuitive sessions held in the salt room that focus on providing clarity and perspective on your current situation. The experience is reflective rather than predictive, using a grounding meditation and intuitive card pulls to help you connect inward and feel empowered in your choices.
Oracle & Crystal Readings: Christi combines the physical grounding energy of crystals with the intuitive guidance of oracle cards. This practice is specifically designed to help you gain emotional clarity, release energetic blocks, and navigate life transitions with confidence.
Astrology: This practice explores your "big picture" based on a snapshot of the sky at the exact moment of your birth (your natal chart). It helps you understand your natural energies, identify areas of resistance, and align your actions with the themes of the year ahead through Solar Return readings.
-
You will lie comfortably in the Salt Sanctuary while being immersed in the vibrations of crystal singing bowls for a full-body nervous system reset.

RISEilience Reservation + Attendance Policy
Holding Space Together at RISEilience
At RISEilience, each class is a shared space. It is held with intention, care, and respect for every person who chooses to be there.
To support this experience for all, our reservation and attendance policies are upheld consistently and without exception. This allows us to operate sustainably, support our instructors, and ensure fairness across our community. These policies are aligned with other studios in the area.
✔️ Reserving Your Practice
When you book a class, you are claiming a space within a limited room. That space is yours, and it is held for you.
If your plans shift, please update your reservation through your account so that someone else may step into that space.
Class Late Cancellation
A late cancellation occurs when a reservation is canceled within 6 hours of class start time.
Unlimited Memberships
Late cancellations result in a $10 fee
Class Packs + Drop-Ins
Late cancellations result in:
You do not lose the session, fee, or credits used to pay for the class.
Pay penalty of additional $12 fee
✔️ Late Changes
When a cancellation happens within the cancellation window, the class is considered used.
For unlimited members, a late cancel fee is applied in place of the class.
This structure honors the energy, preparation, and time already set in motion for that class.
Class No-Show
A no-show occurs when a client does not attend a reserved class.
Unlimited Memberships
No-shows result in a $20 fee
Class Packs + Drop-Ins
No-shows result in:
Loss of the class credit used to book
An additional $10 fee
✔️ Missed Classes
If you do not arrive for a class you reserved, the class is forfeited and applicable fees are applied.
An empty space in the room is a missed opportunity for another person to practice. For this reason, all no-show policies are held without exception.
✔️ The Waitlist
Joining the waitlist is an active choice to practice. As space opens, you may be added into class.
If your availability changes, it is your responsibility to remove yourself ahead of time. Once added, standard policies apply.
✔️ How to Cancel
Please cancel directly through your booking account. This ensures the space opens in real time for someone else.
Messages, calls, or emails are not reliable in these moments and cannot be used to adjust reservations.
✔️ Membership Accounts
All memberships require a valid card on file for applicable fees.
Accounts with open balances may be paused or restricted until brought current.
Refund Policy
All payments are final.
Classes canceled within policy return to account use as applicable
Late cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for refund or credit beyond the terms above
All policies are enforced consistently without exception
Workshops + Enrollment Cancellation
Workshops, series, and enrolled programs require a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Cancellations within 48 hours result in a $10 fee.
Missed enrollments are not eligible for refund or credit.
❄️ Practicing Through the Seasons
✔️ Your Awareness
If weather may impact your ability to arrive, wait to reserve until you feel confident in your travel.
✔️ Our Responsibility
If conditions are unsafe or attendance is too low, class will be canceled and you will be notified.
✔️ If Class Is Held
If the doors are open and class is running, all policies remain in place.
These policies exist to create a steady, respectful, and accessible space for all who practice here.
