Salt Therapy Room

  • Salt room sessions, also known as halotherapy, take place in specially designed salt rooms (like ours) . This space features a wall & floor covered in salt or made from salt blocks. During a session, the air is infused with tiny medical grade salt particles, creating an environment similar to naturally occurring salt caves.

  • How does salt therapy work?

    During a salt therapy session, you relax in a salt room or salt cave where a halogenerator disperses microparticles of pharmaceutical-grade salt into the air. As you breathe, the salt particles penetrate deep into your respiratory system, helping to cleanse the airways and reduce inflammation.

    What are the benefits of salt therapy?

    Salt therapy may help alleviate symptoms of asthma, allergies, bronchitis, sinusitis, COPD, and other respiratory conditions. It can also improve skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, and acne, as well as promote relaxation and stress relief.

    What should I wear during a salt therapy session?

    You can wear comfortable clothing during your salt therapy session. You may sit or lay in the salt. We also have comfortable zero gravity chairs & blankets.

    Is salt therapy safe?

    Yes, salt therapy is generally considered safe for most people, including children and pregnant women. It's a non-invasive, drug-free treatment with minimal side effects. However, individuals with certain medical conditions should consult with their healthcare provider before trying salt therapy.

    Can I bring my child to salt therapy?

    Yes, salt therapy is safe for children and can be beneficial for various respiratory and skin conditions. We offer special sessions for kids and family-friendly environments to ensure a comfortable experience for all ages.

  • Sessions can be booked for either 50, 30 minutes or 15 minutes, depending on the day's schedule. Choose a time and the schedule will follow.

    We offer drop-ins and session passes in increments of 5 and 10. Booked & missed appointments or canceled appointments within 24 hours will not be refunded. Salt appointments outside of 24 hours can be rescheduled.

Facilities

APPOINTMENTS: Are non-refundable. Please note our cancellation policy for Private Sessions is 48 hours without penalty. If the cancellation is within 48 hours you will be charged for the Private Session. Prior to 48 hours, session may be rescheduled in some circumstances for sessions that don’t include instructors.

Credit Packs are worth $2.75 per credit and you pay use them for any services or classes at RISEilience. Great option if you want to try different things. *Credit pack does auto refill after use until canceled.

Phoenix Elite Package includes: Unlimited heated & unheated yoga, unlimited 15min salt & sauna sessions x2 each day. *sessions can be combined to equal 30min session.
