50 Hour Yin Yoga Training-

50 HR Yin Yoga Intensive: Journey Through the Chinese Meridians
This training is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and explore the subtle body through the lens of yin yoga and the Chinese meridian system.
Rooted in the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, we’ll move beyond muscles and into the energetic pathways that shape how we feel—physically, emotionally, and energetically. Each meridian tells a story, and through long-held yin postures, breath, and awareness, we’ll begin to understand how energy flows, where it gets stuck, and how we can support its natural rhythm.
Together, we’ll explore:
The 12 primary meridians and their elemental relationships
How emotions, organs, and energy are interconnected
Yin postures that target specific meridian lines
The art of stillness as a tool for insight and transformation
How to sequence and teach yin classes with intention and depth
This training is both educational and experiential. You won’t just learn the meridians - you’ll feel them.
Whether you’re a yoga teacher looking to deepen your offerings or a dedicated student craving a more intuitive and embodied practice, this space is designed to help you reconnect to the quieter layers within.

Meet Your Instructor
Caitlin Rose Ferrante
Caitlin Ferrante has spent the last decade immersed in the world of yoga, creating transformative retreats, trainings, and movement experiences that invite people to reconnect with themselves in meaningful and raw ways.
Her path has been shaped not only by dynamic movement and personal growth, but by the profound medicine of Yin Yoga. In a world that often rewards constant doing, Yin taught Caitlin the power of slowing down. It offered her a space to turn inward, listen deeply, and uncover parts of herself that had long been overshadowed by busyness and striving. Through stillness, she found clarity, and a deeper understanding of who she truly is.
Caitlin embraces life as a bold experiment-one rooted in unlearning, breaking free from societal conditioning, and reclaiming joy, freedom, autonomy, and purpose. She believes that transformation happens when we are willing to sit with discomfort, explore our inner landscape, and soften into what is present.
Her work is designed to create supportive environments where students can slow down, cultivate self-awareness, and expand beyond self-imposed limitations. Blending insight, humor, wisdom, and practical tools, Caitlin guides others toward a more authentic and grounded way of living.
