    Whether you are navigating pregnancy or transitioning through postpartum, this class offers a grounded space for body awareness, birth preparation, and recovery. Guided by Instructor Priscilla Bibeau (200RYT, 85PRYT), each session is tailored to the energy levels and physical needs of those in the room.

    To maintain a focused environment for the birthing body, this class is reserved for those currently navigating the physical experience of pregnancy and recovery.

    Join our post-yoga pregnancy meetup for $5 for casual conversation and community hosted by Saltwater Doulas (located within RISEilience), and enjoy 10% off your Phoenix Cafe order after class.

  • Vinyasa: Breath-led, energizing flow that builds strength, focus, and fluidity.

    Hot: A vigorous, sweat-inducing practice in our infrared-heated studio, designed to build strength, stamina, and mental focus through dynamic movement and breath.

    All Levels Flow: Great for beginners & advanced students with suggestions and cuing for all.

  • Yin: Slow, grounded postures held over time to support fascia, joints, and nervous system release.

    Deep Stretch: A rhythmic blend of active and passive stretches designed to open the body and release tension, concluding in a state of restorative rest.

  • A Core Pilates class is a structured, low impact strength practice focused on building core stability, postural alignment, and controlled movement using only body weight and the mat. The class emphasizes precision over speed. Movements are slow, intentional, and layered, targeting the deep abdominal muscles, glutes, hips, inner thighs, and back while reinforcing healthy spinal mechanics.

    Breath is coordinated with each exercise to support core engagement and nervous system regulation. Classes typically move through a series of supine, side lying, seated, and prone exercises, with transitions designed to maintain muscular activation rather than momentum.

    You can expect work for the abdominals, hips, and shoulders, along with mobility for the spine and joints. Mat Pilates improves strength, balance, flexibility, and body awareness. It supports injury prevention, complements yoga and athletic training, and is accessible to a wide range of bodies while remaining physically challenging.

  • Tone & Sculpt is a contemporary, low-impact strength workout designed to build muscular endurance and stability through precise, controlled movements. This class reimagines traditional barre by moving it entirely to the mat, utilizing bodyweight and small props to create deep muscle engagement.

    The practice emphasizes:

    • Targeted Sculpting: High-repetition pulses and isometric holds specifically designed to fatigue the legs, glutes, core, and upper body.

    • Time Under Tension: By avoiding large ranges of motion, the workout creates a "deep burn" that strengthens muscles without adding impact or joint strain.

    • Contemporary Pacing: Expect a structured, music-led experience with intentional cueing and a heavy focus on postural alignment.

    Each session typically flows through a core warm-up, followed by targeted arm sequences, standing and mat-based leg work, and a thorough stretch to release the muscles worked.

  • Find resilience through rest. This session combines propped, long-hold restorative poses with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation. It is designed to shift your body out of "fight or flight" and into a state of healing. By practicing the art of doing nothing, you gain the focus and energy to do everything else.

  • Step into our Himalayan Salt Sanctuary for a multi-sensory healing experience. Surrounded by the amber glow of illuminated salt walls and grounded by a floor of crushed pink salt, you’ll enjoy a powerful combination of therapies. As the salt purifies your respiratory system, live sound frequencies harmonize your energy, easing tension and quieting the mind. A sanctuary of serenity designed for deep renewal and alignment.

  • Slow Flow is a slower-paced Vinyasa class that offers all the benefits of flowing movement, with more time to breathe, feel, and refine each pose.

    This is a great class for beginners as well!

    It’s a mindful, steady practice that builds strength and flexibility while creating space for grounding and self-awareness. Perfect for all levels, this class invites you to move with intention and reconnect to your body at a more nurturing rhythm.

At RISEilience, we believe your environment is just as important as your practice. We offer two distinct, thoughtfully designed studio spaces to cater to your specific needs and energy:

The Vata Studio (Room Temperature):

A refreshing, room-temperature space bathed in natural light. Featuring expansive windows that bring the outside in, this studio is perfect for grounding practices and finding clarity in a bright, airy atmosphere.

Men and women of all ages practicing an all-levels yoga flow at RISEilience in Amesbury. Students using yoga blocks for proper alignment in our inclusive wellness sanctuary.

The Pitta Studio (The Heated Cove):

Designed for depth and detoxification, this space features a state-of-the-art infrared LED cove. The therapeutic heat penetrates deeply into the muscles, allowing for a more intense, cleansing experience in a focused, ambient setting.

Class Registration & Policies

At RISEilience, we strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all. To ensure a fair and seamless experience for our community, please review our registration and cancellation guidelines below.

How to Join a Class

  • Pre-registration: Highly recommended to secure your spot.

  • Where to Sign Up: Register through our website or the Walla App.

  • Early Cancellations: To honor our instructors' time, classes without any pre-registered students may be canceled 2 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellation Policy & Fees

We recognize that life happens! To adhere to the values of yoga and honor the time of our students and instructors, please note our cancellation windows:

Standard Classes

  • Early Cancel (4+ Hours Notice): No charge.

  • Late Cancel (Less than 4 Hours): $5 for Members / $12 for Non-members. You keep your class credit.

  • No-Show (No Notice): $10 fee + loss of class credit.

Private Sessions

  • Early Cancel (48+ Hours Notice): No penalty; eligible for rescheduling.

  • Late Cancel (Less than 48 Hours): Full session fee is charged.

Note: All cancellations must be processed through the Walla App for proper recording.

Membership & Pass Details

  • Daily Limits: Unlimited and Auto-Pay memberships are limited to two classes/appointments per day.

  • 30-Day Cancellation Policy: You may submit a cancellation request for your membership at any time. Once your request is received, your membership remains active and fully available for your use for 30 days from that date.

  • Why we do this: As a small business, this 30-day window is vital. It allows us to maintain stable scheduling for our instructors and ensures we can continue to provide a high-quality, sustainable sanctuary for our community.

  • Refunds & Expirations: All class passes, packages, and private sessions are non-refundable. Private session purchases expire 6 months from the date of purchase.

  • Veterans & First Responders: We proudly offer 10% off class packs and branded products.
