  • Do I need to bring my own mat?

    We love it when students bring their own mats! We have a limited supply of loaners available on a first-come, first-served basis, but using your own gear is the best way to ensure you're supported and ready to flow. If you’re interested in purchasing a mat- SHOP HERE

  • How early should I arrive for class?

    We suggest arriving at least 10-15 minutes before the scheduled class time to check-in, settle in, and prepare for your practice. Late arrivals may not be admitted to class to minimize disruption to others.

  • I've never done yoga, can beginners attend your classes?

    Absolutely! Our classes are open to practitioners of all levels, including beginners. Our instructors are skilled at offering modifications and adjustments to accommodate students of varying experience levels.

  • What if I have injuries or physical limitations?

    Please inform your instructor before class if you have any injuries or physical limitations. Please let them know if you are pregnant or have recently given birth. They will offer modifications and alternative poses to ensure a safe and enjoyable practice for you. We have props to make you more comfortable & you may purchase Yoga Kneeling Pads for extra support on your joints HERE.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We have a 6-hour cancellation policy for all classes. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 6 hours before the scheduled class time to avoid being charged.

  • Can I bring my child to class?

    Some of our classes may be suitable for children 10+ accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please contact us for more information. Children are not allowed in hot or heated classes.

  • Do you offer private sessions?

    Yes, we offer private yoga sessions tailored to your individual needs and goals. We also offer private events, and salt session yoga. Pease schedule HERE.
