Surrounded by open fields and fresh air, this class weaves together deep stretch, slow flow, breathwork, and meditation to help you release tension, restore mobility, and reconnect inward. We begin with grounding breathwork, move through a steady, unhurried sequence designed to gently open the body, and close with a guided meditation so you leave feeling clear, calm, and fully reset. All levels are welcome. This practice is especially supportive if you are looking for a softer, more spacious approach to movement.
