This training is built for people reconnecting to themselves and those ready to hold space for others.

It is designed for those who feel the need for something deeper. Not just movement, but understanding. Not just practice, but integration.

Over six months, you will build a foundation in movement, breath, anatomy, and philosophy while developing awareness of your nervous system, your patterns, and how you move through the world.

Teacher Path
For those ready to guide others. You will learn how to lead classes, develop your voice, and gain real-world teaching experience with practical application.

Whole Being Path
For those focused on personal transformation. You will deepen your understanding of your nervous system, build sustainable practices, and integrate yoga into your daily life.

In the first four months, all students move through a shared foundation. You will learn how to move with intention, regulate your nervous system, understand the body, and begin to hold space with clarity and responsibility.

In the final phase, your chosen path shapes how you apply and deepen the work.

You will not just learn poses.

You will learn how to understand yourself, work skillfully with others, and engage with yoga as a practice that extends beyond the mat into how you live, relate, and respond.

This training meets you where you are and requires you to choose how you want to grow.

The Journey

Most Training Weekends:

Fridays run from 5:30 to 9:00 PM, Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM. These blocks allow for immersive practice without requiring you to take time off work.

Each week includes a 2 to 2.5 hour virtual session in the evening. This keeps you connected, supported, and learning consistently while reducing in-person hours and making the program manageable for working professionals and parents.

Our Intentional Schedule

This training is built to fit real life. In the early months, we meet for two weekends each month because the weather is colder, social schedules are lighter, and it is the easiest time of year for most people to commit to deeper study. As spring moves into summer, the schedule shifts to one weekend per month, giving you more space for travel, family time, and personal commitments while still maintaining strong momentum.

One Wilderness Retreat
You will step outside the studio and into nature. This local retreat gives you time to reset, explore breathwork and meditation, and practice yoga without distraction. They anchor the training in lived experience, not theory.

Training in the RISEilience Salt Sanctuary
Throughout the program, you’ll receive dedicated breathwork and meditation instruction inside our Salt Sanctuary. This environment sharpens awareness, supports the nervous system, and makes these practices experiential rather than abstract
